Zusammenfassung: | The device (100) has an LED (110) emitting temporal sequence of light pulses, where one of the light pulses includes spectral distribution and another light pulse includes another spectral distribution different from the former spectral distribution. A light receiver (120) receives a set of scattered lights from the light pulses, and prepares a set of output signals that are indicative for the scattered lights. An evaluation unit compares one of the output signals with another output signal. The LED and light receiver are arranged directly adjacent to one another. An independent claim is also included for a method for detecting smoke on the basis of optical scattered light measurement. |
