Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a vacuum insulation panel comprising a heat insulating panel made of a micorporous material in a covering made of a film containing metal. A partial vacuum controls the covering and the covering surrounds the heat insulating plate in a vacuum-proof manner. The invention is characterised in that the microporous material contains amounts of ammonia greater than 0.1 per normal litre for 10 kg of microporous material.
