Zusammenfassung:	The device (1) is assembled of two carrying arms (2, 4), each fitted with a multitude of rotating spike units (6) attached to a frame (10, 17). The arms (2, 4) moving on supporting wheels (7, 8) rotating around horizontal (9) and vertical axles (12) can be folded backwards into a transport position. One (8) of the two supporting wheels (7, 8) is directly joined to a steering mechanism (11), the second wheel (7) is connected to the first wheel (8) in order to be steered simultaneously.
