Zusammenfassung: | Formulation (I) comprises a macromolecular component A with negative net charge, and a macromolecular component B with more positive net charge in at least a solvent, where: e.g. at least a component exists in the form of a latex particle; and at least one component consists of 4-30C-alkyl-, at least partially fluorinated 4-18C-alkyl- and/or silicon- group. Formulation (I) comprises a macromolecular component A with negative net charge, and a macromolecular component B with more positive net charge in at least a solvent, where: at least a component exists in the form of a latex particle; at least one component consists of 4-30C-alkyl-, at least partially fluorinated 4-18C-alkyl- and/or silicon- group; and the net charge of at least a component is pH-dependent, so that in a subset of pH-scale the components A and B are in charge interaction, and in the area distinguishing itself by the subset of the pH scale, the charge interaction between the components A and B is nullified. An independent claim is included for a surface of internal or external facade or optionally figured accessories with a semipermeable coating obtained from (I). |
