Zusammenfassung:	The method involves determining position, speed of data and sending data with its identification to the center, where they are stored, by the mobile equipment, and providing a filter in every mobile equipment for determining the center for transceiving data. The center selects the messages, which are correspond to an individual filters. The center is provided for transmitting the selected messages to mobile equipment that is identified by the respective characteristic or it is placed on call order for the mobile equipment. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement for production and selection for transceiving messages in a transmission network with multiple mobile subscribers.
