Zusammenfassung:Selection (M1) of substances which accelerate thermogenesis, accelerate the uncoupling of respiration in mitochondria, accelerate protein leak in mitochondrial internal membranes, increase the expression level of UCP1 in cells containing mitochondria, and/or accelerate fatty acid beta-oxidation, comprising selection for activation of peroxisome proliferator activated receptor delta (PPARD), is new.
