The central base holds in storage at least a mailbox identifying code, said central base comprising at least a memory workspace constituting said mailbox and adapted to store alphanumeric messages, the central base being designed to send to said first peripheral (2) and receive from said first peripheral said alphanumeric messages, through said communication protocol.
