Door lock with a profile lock cylinder (8), insertable into a correspondingly contoured inlet opening (6) in the lock housing wall (7) and securable therein by means of a grub screw (9), which includes an electrical control circuit actuatable by the associated key and electrically connected with an electrical control system present in the door lock via a releasable conductive connection, which consists of contacts and counter-contacts fixedly arranged on the one hand on the surface of the lock cylinder and on the other hand inside the lock, which, in the fixed position of the lock cylinder (8), extend into the inlet opening to the opposite contacts, especially for door locks with electronic key control, characterized in that the profile cylinder (8) is securable on the one band by the grub screw (9) and on the other hand by a U-shaped clamp member (10), transversely adjustable by means of the grub screw, engaging the web (8') of the profile cylinder (8), the contacts being arranged on the profile cylinder (8) in its region engaging the clamp member (10) and the counter-contacts being arranged on the limb (10") of the clamp member (10) opposite the grub screw (9).
