Zusammenfassung:	The aim of the invention is to provide an ultrasonic flow meter (1) that is easy to produce. To this end, the invention provides that deviation mirrors (20A,20B) that are located inside a measuring tube (3) have fixing brackets (28A,28B). Said deviation mirrors (20A, 20B) are permanently fixed between a flange and an ultrasonic head on their fixing brackets (28A,28B) by introducing the ultrasonic heads (12A,12B) into the corresponding flanges (10A,10B). The deviation mirrors (20A,20B) are preferably configured in the form of single-piece stamped metal parts, so that the flow meter (1) has an all-metal configuration on the inside.
