Zusammenfassung:Liquid formulation (I) of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) comprises G-CSF as an active agent, acetate as a buffer, polysorbate-20 or polysorbate-80 as surfactant and optionally pharmaceutical adjuvants, where the formulation exhibits a pH of 4.1-4.4. An independent claim is included for a process of preparing (I) comprising mixing G-CSF-protein with a solution comprising acetate buffer, polysorbate-20 or polysorbate-80 and optionally pharmaceutical adjuvants.
