Disclosed is a clamping device (100) that is to be fastened to one end of a hose and comprises a base (110) with a mechanism (120) for fixing one end of the hose to said base (110) and a clamping mechanism (130) for fastening the base (110) to a connecting piece of another device to which the end of the hose can be joined in a waterproof and removable manner via the base (110). In order to make said clamping device safe to use and wearproof, the fixing mechanism (120) is provided with a collet chuck (140) which is locked onto the base (110) and encompasses an elastic part (141) that can be moved in the direction of the exterior face of a final hose zone when radial pressure is applied to at least one cam (142), said cam (142) being joined to the elastic part (141). The elastic part (141) extends into a hollow cylindrical hose guide (143) on the hose side, a final zone of the hose being insertable in the direction of the base (110) along the interior face of said hose guide (143). A clamping element (150) which is provided with an engagement area that cooperates with the at least one cam (142) can be reciprocally displaced along the exterior face of the hose guide (143).
