Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to the field of surgical apparatus, system and method particularly for the placement and controlled manipulation of threads like in ligatures. The apparatus for the placement and controlled manipulation of at least one thread, like in ligatures, comprises at least two shanks each having a proximal and a distal end. The shanks are connected with each other. The apparatus further comprise at least one guiding means for at least one shank with at least one exit at or in the vicinity of the distal end portion for guiding a free-end of said thread.
