Zusammenfassung:The products are moved along a conveying track (5) and this is connected via a connection track (60) to a storage track (6), where the products are temporarily retained while still being moved. The products are lifted above the conveying track while moving through the connecting track, the position of which is variable along direction of transport (T). The products are moved along the conveying track by a first conveyor (1) at a first speed, and along the storage track by a second conveyor (2) at a second speed, which is continuously variable relative to the first one. The movement direction of the second conveyor is reversible.
