Zusammenfassung: | A polymer composition containing (I) a graft rubber polymerizate obtained by emulsion polymerization of styrene and acrylonitrile, in the presence of a butadiene polymerization latex (A), (II) a graft rubber polymerizate of higher particle size, (III) a rubber-free copolymerizate where the butadiene polymerization latex is obtained by seed polymerization and a butadiene latex polymerizate (B) obtained by agglomeration is new. A polymer composition containing : (I) at least one graft rubber polymerizate obtained by emulsion polymerization of styrene and acrylonitrile in 95:5 to 50:50 wt. ratio where the styrene and/or acrylonitrile can be completely or partially replaced by alpha-methylstyrene, methyl methacrylate, or N-phenylmaleimide or their mixtures, in the presence of a butadiene polymerization latex (A) of mean particle diameter d50 = 80-220 nm; (II) at least one graft rubber polymerizate obtained by emulsion polymerization of styrene and acrylonitrile in 95:5 to 50:50 wt. ratio where the styrene and/or acrylonitrile can be completely or partially replaced by alpha-methylstyrene, methyl methacrylate, or N-phenylmaleimide or their mixtures, in the presence of a butadiene polymerization latex (A) of mean particle diameter d50 = 350-650 nm; (III) at least one rubber-free copolymerizate from styrene and acrylonitrile in 95:5 to 50:50 wt. ratio where the styrene and/or acrylonitrile can be completely or partially replaced by alpha-methylstyrene, methyl methacrylate, or N-phenylmaleimide or their mixtures, where the butadiene polymerization latex is obtained by seed polymerization using butadiene polymerizate/seed latex of mean particle diameter 10-100 nm and the butadiene latex polymerizate (B) is obtained by agglomeration using butadiene polymerizate latex (A) as starting latex. An Independent claim is also included for preparation of the polymer composition as described above. |
