Zusammenfassung:	The under-cover, wall and base plate comprises a multi-layer wall, a floor or ceiling element (1) made from a fire or heat resistant protective material. The element has a holding carrier construction with an opening for arrangement of installation sections of electrical components. In the vicinity of the opening is a pot-like formed section (4) that has an insulation layer (5). The layer inflates under operating heat or fire and /or forms a carbon layer. The inner chamber of the formed side of the element is accessible and holds installation sections of electrical components (2, 3).
