The cut to size RM is steeped with the biopolymer (3) in a liquid containing mold, formed under pressure and hardened. Prior to steeping with biopolymer (3) a chemical binding (2) liquid is applied thinly to the RM, so that after drying the RM is strongly thrust against the binder liquid (2). An Independent claim is also included for a fiber bonded shaped part containing a RM of natural fibers and a hardened biopolymer (3) obtained as described above.
