The method involves determining a total priority level for access to network resources at the level of nodes (BSS/RNC, SGSN, GGSN) of a mobile communication network. The priority level is defined by a combination of service quality parameters related to a type of service with service quality parameters related to a priority level of a subscriber. A predefined service quality process is applied to a data flow. The data flow corresponds to the service based on the level of determined total priority.
