Each end is adjacent to a respective end of an adjacent coil to form pairs of adjacent ends. A set of mutually insulated linking conductors is arranged concentrically with respect to each other. Each linking conductor has a set of circumferentially arranged terminal units (32). Each terminal unit is electrically connected to a respective pair of adjacent ends to form a contact area (40) in a common axial and radial position.
