Zusammenfassung:	A device for generating a random sequence (10) of bits is disclosed. The device comprises oscillating means (13), which will generate a random sequence of bits when biased with a noise signal (11). The oscillating means comprises at least one oscillator amplifier (400a,400b,400c) being protected from interfering signals by means of a load (301a,301b,302a,302b,401a,401b,402a,402b) and a tail-current source (304a,304b,404a,404b) for providing high noise-interference ratio. Further, the present invention relates to an integrated circuit and an electronic apparatus comprising the device for generating a random sequence according to the invention.
