The lower face has an under-surface (9) constituted of an external aluminum foil (10) associated to a damp-proof course, and two adhesive tapes (12). The foil has a thickness between 5 and 100 micrometer, and the course has a thickness between 2 and 60 millimeter. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabrication of a slab.
