The container is lockable, e.g. by a pad lock, which locks into projecting elements (30,38) on a cover wall and a container wall (24). The cover is removable and has a top plate (21), which can be written upon. The underside of the luggage rack (10) has fasteners for support struts in pref. a triangular configuration.
