Zusammenfassung: | An Al surface is anodised to produce a transparent as well as pore free oxide coating having a dielectric constant at 20 degrees C of 6-10.5. The thickness of the coating (d) is dependent on the use as follows: (i) for constructive use, d.n = k lambda /2 plus or minus 20 nm; (ii) for a tinted reflector surface, k lambda /2+20 nm < d.n < (k+l) lambda /2-20 nm; and (iii) for use as starting material to produce high reflection LI:HI multi-layered reflectors, d.n = I lambda /4 plus or minus 20 nm, where n is the refractive index, the average wave length of the light hitting the surface, k is a constant and I is an uneven natural number. The thickness of the coating is 60-490 nm and the thickness fluctuation over the whole surface is not more than 5%. |
