Zusammenfassung: | Preparation of carboxamide oxime derivatives (I) comprises chlorinating an amine derivative (II) to give a chloroimine derivative (III), reacting (III) with an aminopyrazole derivative (IV) to give an amidine derivative (V) and reacting (V) with hydroxylamine to give (I). Preparation of carboxamide oxime derivatives of formula (I) comprises: (a) chlorinating an amine derivative of formula (II) in the presence of an inert solvent, to give a chloroimine derivative of formula (III); (b) reacting (III) with an aminopyrazole derivative of formula (IV), in the presence of an inert solvent, to give an amidine derivative of formula (V); and (c) reacting (V) with a hydroxylamine of one of its salts, in the presence of an inert solvent to give (I). R1 = ary or heteroaryl (optionally substituted); R2 = H, halo, or aryloxy (optionally substituted); R3 = H, halo, OH, CN, NO2, carboxyl, substituted amino, alkyl (optionally substituted), cycloalkyl, aralkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, alkoxy, aryloxy, acyl, acylamino, sulfonylamino, sulfonyl, alkylthio, arylthio, carbamoyl, sulfamoyl or ureido; and R4 = 1-8C alkyl.
