Zusammenfassung:	The dispenser comprises a main body (4,5) and a medium accumulator (8), and discharges by movement between end positions. The metered contents of the accumulator are discharged through an outlet (30) almost or entirely in a single stroke, and/or it incorporates an oblong hollow body, typically a hollow steel needle. The accumulator outlet (18) can be upstream of the first outlet (30), while its inlet (17) is further upstream. The accumulator preferably protrudes into a closed chamber (12). Mixing equipment for a second medium with the first can be provided, thus functioning as a propellant and being delivered by pump into the accumulator.
