Zusammenfassung:The magnetic field sensor (80) has a semiconductor crystal with three or more arms (9,29,49) spaced equi-angularly. There is a center current electrode (2) and outer current electrodes (3,23,43) respectively associated with the sensor arms, with a Hall voltage contact (4,24,44) between the center current electrode and each outer current electrode. The Hall voltages are amplified and evaluated for providing a power signal for the electric motor. An Independent claim is included for a brushless electric motor with a Hall magnetic field sensor.
