Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:Skeleton-free, high-precision functional films for use in analysis, comprising a film formed from a natural or synthetic film-forming polymer, one or more compounds providing functionality to the film and optionally auxiliaries and/or other additives, comprise an amide wetting agent. Skeleton-free, high-precision functional films comprising a film formed from a natural or synthetic film-forming polymer, one or more compounds providing functionality to the film and optionally auxiliaries and/or other additives, comprise a wetting agent of formula (I)-(III). R1 = straight chain or slightly branched 9-23C (especially 11-19C) aliphatic group optionally containing 1-3 double bonds; R2 = 1-8C (especially 1-4C) straight chain or slightly branched alkyl; M = H or a metal atom. Independent claims are included for (1) preparation of the functional films; (2) test strips made from a flexible, film forming carrier on which one or more test fields are arranged, next to each other in a test area, coated with one or more of the high-precision functional films and optionally coated with a spreadable material; (3) detection of analytes in liquid samples using the test strip where the test liquid is placed on the test application area and a signal generation on the detection films is observed, where the signal is a measurement of the presence/quantity of the analyte.
