Zusammenfassung:The inside surface of a tube, partic. cannula or hollow needle is rendered smooth by passing a liquid through which contains solid substances, mechanically treating the surface and being chemically aggressive in relation to the material of the tube. Pref., grinding grains or balls of hard material are used and the chemically aggressive liquid for stainless steel is sulphuric acid, phosphoric acid or hydrochloric acid and pref. contains passivating agents. An anti-stick coating with a thickness in the nanometre range can be applied from a coating liquid after smoothing.
