Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for the preparation of an aseptic juice beverage, the aroma substances either being neutralized or being extracted from the fruit juice treated before, or in connection with, the sterilization through heating of the juice, whereupon the aroma substances recovered, or obtained in some other manner, are sterilized separately without heating, and that the separately sterilized aroma substances are mixed with the heat-sterilized fruit juice, whereupon the mixture is packed under aseptic conditions in internally sterilized, bacteria-tight packages.
