Zusammenfassung:	There is a device for regulating the force with which the cover body is pressed against the scar tissue, between the support body (3) and the cover body (2). This device can be operated by a pressure medium and, together with the cover body, forms an inflatable component. In an alternative form of the device, the scar tissue can be fed with a therapeutical medium in a controlled manner via the cover body. In this way, the scar can be treated from the exterior despite the presence of the cover body. The cover body is produced from a tissue-compatible polymer material.
