Zusammenfassung:	To secure a cushion (1) to a medical bandage or stocking, and the like, it is welded into place between two carrier materials (2,3). The carriers (2,3) are a film, woven, knitted or non-woven material where at least one is a thermoplastic which welds when heated, and which follows the contour. The carrier towards the bandage (5) is bonded to it by heat acting on the thermoplastic. Pref. the thermoplastic materials are polyurethane, PVC or polyethylene. The cushion is of silicon rubber, synthetic rubber, foam and other elastic materials.
