Also claimed are coatings for wood, plastic, metal, glass, leather, textiles, paper and concrete, based on these aq. PU dispersions. Pref. (I) is prepd. by dehydration of castor oil in the presence of acid catalysts, e.g. H2SO4, acid anhydrides, acidic oxides etc. (see e.g. Farbe und Lacke, 57, 149, 1951 etc.).
