Zusammenfassung: | The sound-absorption layer (3) which is placed on one of the sides of the sound-proofing layer (2) has a high proportion of elastomer, rubber and/or plastics granular recycling material. The sound- absorption layer (3) is connected integral with the sound-proofing layer (2) and has a lesser density than same. The sound-proofing layer (2) can be a heterogeneous multi-phase solid body with anisotropic mechanical properties made from recycled plastics granules, inorganic additives and a hydraulic bonding agent. The sound- absorption layer preferably has on its outer side facing the sound source integral moulded longitudinal or transversely aligned ribs (5) with trapezoidal or undulating cross-section. The bonding and setting process can be carried out at high temperature using steam for faster manufacture. |
