Zusammenfassung:	Air turn for supporting and optionally drying a web, comprising an arcuate surface and two opposed, circumferentially spaced, transversely arranged air supply nozzle slots which supply pressurized air to the space between the web and the arcuate surface of the air turn. Air foil wing extensions are provided along the leading and/or trailing longitudinal edges of the air turn to reduce web flutter. Each wing extension includes a flat, non-perforated section and an angled perforated section.
