Zusammenfassung:	The screw connection for fastening the front plates (2) of electronic rack units to the side rails (1) of a frame has each screw retained in a hole in the plate by a washer around its neck so that it cannot fall out. The corresponding nut is retained in a T-shaped groove in the rail. The washer is a serrated one with a collar that has a spiral rib to engage the screw thread, but which is only a half pitch in length, and also a small projection radially inwards. The serrations are on the washer face that is towards the front plate, the other side being smooth. The washer is a one-piece metal stamping.
