Zusammenfassung: | A homogeneous immunoassay is performed according to the principle of agglutination using a) a conjugate which is obtained by an F(ab')2 fragment of an antibody of immunoglobulin class G being exposed to reducing conditions and subsequently reacted with component K which either has a functional group suitable for binding or has been derivatised in a suitable manner by introducing a functional group, where component K is bound via the functional group to the free SH group, produced in the reduction, of the Fab' fragment, and b) particles which are capable of agglutination and which carry a substance able to bind to K. |
