Zusammenfassung:	Fuel filter unit (1) for an internal-combustion engine, having a can (2) for receiving a fuel filter and having a closure part (3) which can be screwed to the can and has a fuel inlet passage and a fuel outlet passage, which in each case opens out into a connecting device (4, 4a), formed on the closure part, for connecting a fuel feedline and fuel discharge line, respectively, the connecting device having a pipe plug-in connection (5, 6), in which one plug-in connector (5) is connected firmly to the closure part and the other plug-in connector (6) is designed in such a way that it can be connected to the fuel feedline or fuel discharge line (8), and there being provided a securing device (7), which is designed in such a way that it secures the two plug-in connectors automatically in the closing direction when they are joined together.
