The device is used for the efficient manufacture of reinforcements for concrete assembly units in slab form. It comprises a preparation machine 2 for reinforcing rods 16 and 17, a production machine 3 for lattice beams 18, a rod delivery track 4, a lattice-beam delivery track 5, an intermediate rod buffer store 6, a lattice beam magazine 7, two industrial robots 8 and 9, a multiple removal slide 10 for the reinforcing rods 16 and 17, an attachment device 11 for spacers 19 and a multiple erecting device 12 for the lattice beams 18. The industrial robots 8, 9 carry pairs of adjacent rotatable double grippers 45, 46, with the aid of which the entire reinforcement, can be placed, under electronic control in a mould 15 aligned on a moveable pallet 1 and be placed according to plan. The buffering lattice-beam magazine 7 and the intermediate rod buffer store 6 guarantee continuous rapid operation of the preparation machine 2 and of the production machine 3 and hence time-saving production even of complex reinforcements.
