Zusammenfassung:	A liquid, soap-based detergent composition having a satisfactory detergency over a broad temperature range, being less sensitive to water hardness, is obtained by using a linoleate soap which is substantially free from lauric soaps. Mixtures of oleate/linolate soaps, optionally with small amounts of stearic soaps, can equally be used. These soap blends are better soluble than coconut/oleate soap blends.
