Zusammenfassung:	Compounds of the general formula in which A represents an amine-substituted aromatic radical and X represents a hydrocarbon radical having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, are prepared by reaction of a pyridyldithiocarbonic acid N-hydroxysuccinimide ester with the hydrazide of an aromatic carboxylic acid which is substituted by amine on the aromatic ring and are used for the introduction of an SH group into a tyrosine, in particular into a tyrosine or tyrosine derivative bonded in a peptide or protein.
