The invention relates to a cable sleeve having a longitudinally divided sleeve tube, a longitudinal seal for the sleeve tube, sealing bodies which are inserted into the sleeve tube at the ends, and circumferential seals which can be pressed in between the sleeve tube and the sealing bodies. The circumferential seals are constructed as split O-ring seals. The O-ring seals in each case have two sealing projections, which engage on both sides in the abutment region of the sealing body halves, with fixing recesses. Fixing tabs on at least the one sealing body half engage in these fixing recesses as an assembly aid. The mutually overlapping sealing tongues are compressed in a bearing bed of the one sealing body half or the other, the sealing projections being compressed in corresponding bearing recesses in the abutting regions of the sealing body halves. Overall, an easy-to-assemble cable sleeve is produced with perfect sealing of the sleeve tube with respect to the sealing bodies.
