Zusammenfassung:The engine has a fuel injection valve (16), located in the second intake channel (12), which may be throttled. When closed, the throttle device (15) produces a defined minimum throughflow between 5% and 20%, pref. 10% of the maximum throughflow. When seen in direction of the crankshaft axis, the centre line (11a) of the first intake channel (11) has a larger radius of curvature (24) in the intake valve area, than the centre line (12a) of the second intake channel. To realise the minimum throughflow, a constant ring gap is located between throttle flap and channel wall. The gap has a defined cross-sectional surface of between 5% to 20% of the channel profile.
