A damping chamber (6) subjectable with compressed air (D) is formed between the handle part and the cylinder. The cylinder exhibits enlarged diameter (24) in flap direction of the piston and an annular cross-section with a damping surface (21). Slide area (4) is formed at front side against the flap direction of the piston between the cylinder and the handle part. The slide area is selectively subjectable with ambient air (U) by a switching unit (5).
