The invention relates to a process for producing proteinaceous feedstuffs from animal and plant proteins which may be enriched with lactic acid and/or phosphoric acid, the animal raw materials being heated, which is characterized in that the animal raw materials which are heated for the purpose of a digestion and/or sterilization are mixed while they are still hot with raw untreated seeds of legumes which contain trypsin inhibitors, preferably with soya bean seeds, the trypsin inhibitory action of the raw seeds being neutralized by the heat energy which is still present.
