Zusammenfassung:In a process for producing a metal foil, the metal foil is deposited electrolytically on a continuous support band, preferably a continuous metal band, in a plurality of cells, where the current density in a plurality of cells and/or in each individual cell itself is set to different values and, if desired, an after-treatment of the metal foil produced is carried out completely or at least partially on the continuous support band, by which means metal foils or metal composite foils can be produced extremely inexpensively and with little effort.
