Zusammenfassung:	A process for producing a pulverulent additive for concrete or mortar for improving waterproofing using silica powder, calcium fluoride-silica slurry and pulverulent lime. The novelty of the process of the invention is that the calcium fluoride-silica slurry is first pulverized, advantageously by vacuum distillation, then converted by comminution into a cement-fine, dry powder, where a uniform, pale grey powder product is subsequently produced from 40-60% by mass of silica powder, 10-35% by mass of calcium fluoride-silica powder and 25-40% by mass of pulverulent lime and is subsequently mixed into the mixture during mixing together of the dry base materials of the concrete or mortar prior to wet mixing in an amount of 3-6%, based on the mass of the cement binder material.
