Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a front jaw, in which the sole-holder can be moved laterally counter to the force of a spring and, in an at least partially swivelled-out lateral position, also upwards. The sole-holder is mounted on a unit, which can be swivelled out laterally by means of two link levers, so that it can be swivelled upwards about a bearing bolt, designed as a transverse axle, the unit, which can be swivelled out laterally, being mounted in each case on a hinge pin of the individual link levers. Furthermore, in the travelling position the sole-holder bears against a shoulder by means of a stop. According to the invention, the stop, holding the sole-holder (90) in position, is constructed in the form of a support arm (103) on a control lever (100), mounted on the bearing bolt (1). It is furthermore essential to the invention that a swivel element (50) is hinged to the base part (10) of the front jaw below the control lever (100), which swivel element is provided with lateral control regions (57), on which the control lever (100) is supported with sliding movement during the release operation, and that the swivel element (50) is coupled to the bearing member (70) so as to be carried along.
