Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a toepiece for safety ski bindings, which has a sole holding-down device arranged on a pin and two angle levers each mounted rotatably about a spindle arranged on a support body, the angle levers being pivotable out laterally counter to the force of a spring. The sole holding-down device can, when subjected to a force acting vertically upward on it, be moved upward counter to the force of the spring via a compensating lever which, either directly or with interposition of an intermediate lever, bears on in each case one of the angle levers. The pin is guided displaceably in the vertical direction and, in the event of overload, is acted on by a wedge element which is guided on the support body and against which the ski boot bears. In this connection, compensation takes place of the friction forces arising additionally on the sole holding- down device in the event of a turning fall, both towards the rear and towards the front. According to the invention, the wedge element is, for supporting the ski boot, equipped with two support rollers and connected to a guide pin which is arranged longitudinally movably in a sleeve-shaped tie rod acting on the angle levers.
