Zusammenfassung:The dietary supplement, for humans or animals, has a total protein content of 6 to 26% by weight, a pH of 3.2 to 3.8 and a Turner acidity of 600 to 900 DEG , and is obtained by: (a) fermentation of a nutrient medium containing sources of carbon, nitrogen, mineral salts and biologically active compounds, by means of a bacterial leaven consisting of thermophilic bacteria of the genus Lactobacterium or Streptobacterium and mesophilic bacteria of the genus Streptococcus, Azotobacterium, Shermanni, Bacterium acidi propionicum, Esherichia coli or Pseudomonas produced by longterm symbiosis and adaptation of the bacteria to a nutrient medium containing sources of carbon, nitrogen, mineral salts and biologically active compounds, and (b) separation of the culture liquid from the resulting biomass after the fermentation. Fermentation is preferably at -5 to + 15 DEG C for 1 to 11 DIVIDED 2 days, and then at 20 DEG to 50 DEG C for 1 to 11 DIVIDED 2 days.
