Zusammenfassung:	A method of thermal transpiration for harmful insect control, comprising heating a pesticide to be transpired or a compounded pesticide to be transpired, namely, a pesticide to be transpired having an additive incorporated therein so as to effect transpiration thereof. For example, a pesticide to be transpired (3) is placed in a container (5), and the container (5) is heated so as to attain thermal transpiration of the pesticide. This enables efficient vaporization of pesticide components. Further, no solvent is needed in the thermal transpiration, so that it becomes unnecessary to distinguish between water base and oil base as encountered in the use of solvents. Still further, the container and heating equipment for thermal transpiration can be made compact.
