An industry of Block of Cement is one of the important construction industries in the province of Basra. It has clearly spread in recent years in the agricultural provinces in the district of Abu al-Khasib because of provide the elements of its establishing which in the forefront are land, raw materials and market size. It also does not require large capital The number of factories arrive 187 in 2015 and the number of workers in which 581 workers for the same year as the area ranged those coefficients between (250-300) m 2 per factory. It is showed through this paper that these factories have negative impacts on the agricultural environment in the district of Abu al-Khasib as well as it lacks the technical and environmental conditions.
